Greetings from one of the 'readers'.

I have posted in the past, and I have searched some in the past, but I just don't have the money to be dishing out hundreds of dollars for the halves and such.

My curiosity is more of what coins are found. I love coins. I love to imagine the history of that Walking Liberty half that is found in every day rolls and such.

So, I read more for what is found than anything!

Seems to me the number of people reading has to translate into a certain percentage taking up this hobby and cutting the numbers down on silver finds.

I know there are a few silver coins no longer in circulation because I started
reading this forum.
Glad I found this forum and thanks to you all for all I have learned here but
I fear your sharing your luck here might be your undoing.

How long before the government makes a law that requires
all coins in the fed system be searched by some high tech equipment to separate silver because some greedy senator/representative reads this forum.

I'm such an optimist. I doubt that will happen but didn't our government at
one time make it illegal to own gold?

If the thread I read somewhere about some company
buying halves by the millions is true, how long before the boxes aren't worth
ordering?
