Who hit this with a bullet? Someone that damn good with a firearm that is for certain. The hole is approximately 3/8 inch wide. Not super big but big enough to put someone in a grave. Perhaps a once in a lifetime find for me.

It looks like a canning lid to me. If this had been pried off the edge would be pulled in the opposite direction of the center.
