I had a great day today with a friend. We hit a field I've hunted many times, but we did well. I found the one Reale (my first), the artillery button, and this French button, which has an eagle on it and says, "je renais de mrs cendres", translated, "I am reborn from my ashes". A Phoenix button. Also, the colonial era spoon. What a great day.

That reale looks fantastic! Some of the best detail I've seen on a Spanish Silver. Those buttons are great too, nice finds!

Holy moly look at that reale. A great hunt!

What a crisp looking silver, one of the best that ever been posted up for detail. Great looking buttons as well, congrats on the day of digging those fine looking keepers.

the RA button is a Regiment of Artillerists button United States 1st regiment war of 1812 era and not a British Royal Artillery button . congrats

Sweet finds , that reale is awesome , congrats .. cheers Mick

congrats that is one nice hunt...could use one of those tomorrow :icon_thumright:

Very nice, sharp detailed real

You can not dig a coin with any more detail then that one. The rest of the finds are awesome as well, congrats.

super buttons and that reale looks nearly uncirculated

Whoa! Yeah, same button. My hunting buddy found the same one yesterday, but his still has the gild on it! Thanks for the link. I wonder what this guy will actually get for his button.

I knew it was rare as soon as I spotted it on your post but I have little idea of what they actually sell for. That button was the find of the day!

PS. I've seen a few 1734's posted before some 'nearly' as nice as yours but no No.2 buttons!
