Nice find on that Seth Thomas westminster. The timing is easy to adjust, the small end of the key will fit into the hole on the 12. You don't show the pendulum bob, if it isn't there, the clock will run faster than hell. Interesting lamp too.

Really love the lamp, if you put a black light light bulb in there it'd be quite a sight!
 

You have a great eye. I love the art deco skyscraper bullet lamp. You'll find it will do quite well. I wouldn't take under $250 for it myself.
