Recommendation for transcription specialist U.S- early 16th century Spanish

Good day Treasure Net Group,

I am looking for a contact or recommendation for a transcription specialist that is very well experienced in 16th century Spanish "encadenada" (writing style that is looped into connecting chains).
I would prefer to deal with someone that is located is the U.S.
The number of pages is 40-65 of the same hand (confirmed).
Does anyone have a contact that they have used before with good results that they can refer me to ?
