So I guess this isn't exactly a crh score, but I just snagged 3 copies of redbook(1963; 1969; and 1973) for $1 each at an estate sale. Better than some of my recent hunting finds, lol.

Nice finds!

I collected these for a while. Had a stack of them. The only older one I decided to keep was the 1972 "Silver Anniversary" edition. The oldest one I ever found was from '56.....

Neat to see all the old prices in there.
 
I love these things, as they kinda cross over my interests of coin and book collecting. Now if I can just find someone to sell me coins at these prices, lol.

I collect books too. Mostly horror.

Books can be treasure too. I still hold out hope of finding a 1st edition copy of Blood Meridian at a thrift store one day. I would sell it immediately and buy 4 Double Eagles if I ever did run across one.
 
As boring as it sounds I love reference books, especially encyclopedias. But anything non fiction has a chance to land a spot on my shelves.
