My buddy said it was because I posted about him getting stung what goes around comes around! I had a target and stated to dig and looked down and it looked like a cloud around my boots and of course I ran and then they lit me up!

Great stuff. Love the patina on the flat button. All your age indicator stuff drips with oldness :)

Nice button! Might want to buy one of those cans of insect fogger/spray and hit the area when they come out - that way you can get back in quicker! Takes some real dedication to keep going in after getting stung so much! My hat is off to you and your friend! :notworthy:

different place! different bunch of bees! they are every where lol

Really sharp button, congrats on another good find. Next hunt, take bottle of liquid Benadryl and a straw, gets into your system faster than the tablets. Especially important since you and your hunting buddy appear to have offended the Yellow Jacket Mafia in some manner :laughing7:.

Excellent button. Quite nice and relatively rare. I don't have my book right now but I believe it's a Regiment Artillerists button 1811-1813. I'm sure someone will correct me on those dates, but what a killer find!

Congrats

Congrats on the killer button! Sorry you got stung, at least it was worth it.

Great button! Congrats!

The bees really like you...

Very nice button CD!

I have not had a run in with the yellow jackets yet this year, however, they chased me off a spot last year!

Keith said the hornets that got him last week were way worse than the yellow jackets.

Nice save some for me be heading your way next Saturday
