Reject rewards

Was at one of my dump banks this afternoon, and as is my custom, I checked the (exterior) reject tray before dumping my halves.

To my surprise I found, not the occasional foreign coin, a handful of US coins:

27 cents (including 17 pre-83 & two wheats (44p & 45p) ) !
6 nickels (no keepers)
4 dimes (no keepers)
1 quarter (not a keeper)
2 halves (both 68d) !

A bonus of $2.22 (face) and 21 keeper coins to boot.

That's great. To bad there wasn't more silver havles.

Be sure to check any waste bin if one is next to the counter. I saw a little boy look in there while I was at the bank and he picked out some coins and a rail token. I think I got schooled. LOL.
