Relics ! What is it ?

This is a dig from a couple months ago.. I found an old settlement with an ancient well and a rock Foundation. All finds within a hundred feet of each other, within 200 feet of the foundation. The Crotal bell ?.. is melted or smushed. The belt buckle I cannot get a year or clear identification of it ? And the third I have no idea about ? What is it !! I want just to say thanks for the warm welcome from my first post ! Haven't had any success since so here's some of my older digs ! Dig it all

I've see the 3rd item before posted. And recall they got identified, but can't put my finger on it right now. The buckle is a "snake buckle" and those are very old !

Good pix ! Might be some old coins at that site.

The crunched thing is a crotal bell, well smashed up.
