Religious piece?

Found this at a tot lot today. It appears religious in nature, but was curious if anyone had more information on what it may be.

The medal appears to be silver plated, it's diffidently Roman Catholic. Jesus on top of obverse, Mary on the bottom and left side on reverse. St. Christopher with child in on the right on reverse. Nice Find!
