i seriously doubt that a 500 pound rock can be removed from any park without raising someones eyebrows a bit.......what type park ? national/state/city ?....most park rangers wouldn't let you take someone elses trash from a park, much less a 500 pound rock with a well known signature on it.....
as for the many other *weird* carvings in the area one might research the kgc a bit...........
and saying that you are sure the cache is long gone, what made you think there ever was a cache, and how are you sure its long gone ?....many searchers here would probably see it otherwise
