The first one was in 1970's, it was after dark a clear night, and my siblings and I, decided to head to a friend's house, to play D&D, he was a great dungeon master.
We left my parents house and jumped into my Galaxy 500 to head out.
Before I started the car, I saw above thru the windshield, something cought my eye.
I said look and we all jumped out and looked up.
I found a picture on line, that kinda resembles what we all witnessed passing by above, only we could only see what looked like exhaust, we couldn't see any ship. The larger exhaust was above a smaller exhaust. Traveling like connected.
Whatever it was was passing by the planet, it wasn't following any orbit.
It wasn't anything burning up, or skipping off the atmosphere.
It was way bigger than any satellites, so noticable! We watched it for about 5 seconds.
It was watched by all of us,

I understand that if it was exhaust from a ship, it's not fast enough to travel past our Solar system, and get anywhere.

Yea I Still Remember a Low Flying Meteor with a Tail We saw When I was a Kid . it was Either So Low Or So Gigantic It Looked like it was Just Above the Trees . It was Witnessed all Over NE Pa Actually Sounded Like a Jet Coming Over. We All Looked up and it went By like a Jet.

it Set All The Dogs Barking & we could Hear People Talking about it a Block away.

But was a Big Ball Of Fire With a Tail.

was a Very Warm Evening, Not Dark yet & everyone was outside Enjoying he Weather.

It least think it was a Meteor.

For sure it was Not Mars or a Weather Balloon

Yep ! Somewhere between Mid to Late 60's
I Was 10 in '65
I Don't think I was That Young.
I definitely was not 15 yet

a guess would be 13ish
making it '67-'68
