repair time?

I just sent my excal in for a new set of head phones. Is the wait time still several months for repairs? The person I talked to on the phone just said as soon as possible..

I don't know what the repair time is i want to send in my Elite in but just don't know when i would get it back.......... Bootybay sent one in had to send it back 3 or 4 times ... Said when it came back we would get a update on it.................... But have not heard anything from Booty for a while now......... Is that a good sign or a bad sign ? I don't know.....

I just recieved an email from minelab .The repair time is 1.5 to 2 months.... That is a long time for a set of head phones...

I was thinking an easy fix like that would be 2 to 3 weeks at most.
