Repunched MM, Filled Die ???

I am sure everyone is feed up with errors, I haven't found a one until a few days ago and then I started finding all kinds of interesting things. Anyway this cent looks like it might have a filled MM, on the out side of the mintmark it appears as though it was punched three times, or it could be a few different drips of metal. Any ideas Thanks.

It looks like a gas bubble common on zincolns. Poke it with a pin and see if it penetrates.

Nope, Solid as a rock. I also thought the same thing when I first saw it because the cent has minor corrosion on it.
