Retirement here I come! Found a big coin today!

Now that is funny the cheapest coin ever. I find lots of foreign coins for some reason always think its some old reale or dubloon or some ancient myan coin never is Thanks for the post!!!!!!
 

Hard to believe you can manufacture them for that cost, even the base metal must be worth more than the face value.???

Hahaha A2, ya gotta stop thinking those coins with maple leaves on them are ancient... [emoji23]
 

I disagree with the value of the coin, yes if you go by how much it worth in comparision to the US dollar exchange rate you maybe right, but if you go by melt value it's worth around .12 to .15 cents or so, a US nickel is 75% nickel and 25% copper, it's melt value is currently at .05 cent and it weights 5 grams, the coin you found is 100% nickel and weights 12.9 grams, so you can now go celebrate!:headbang:
 

See if a magnet sticks to it you might be surprised
