Return to the Lost Adam's Diggings

I really enjoyed this book.
It's about a couple of men that searched for the famous location separately for years, and then teamed up after ending up living next door.
The writer basically interviewed the two men, and put their conversation in book form.
It really sounds like they found it, their budget and time were limited, and right when things were coming together, they lost access to the private ranch.
I could hardly put it down, easy read, with pictures and gps coordinates.
My only problem with the book, was that it ended too quickly.
