Its rare to see such good black and white photo's ......................of the excavation in the Shelter,
Three of those men were Arch who ended up name/type all of the S.W.Missouri ------------Ozarks point types...............

It is not a in depth look at that Shelter report................but the a good chance to see artifacts.....even the black and what photos show flaking ect....
I wonder of the young lady of the Rice family knew she had a Complex tied to her name........har?
With all the bone and shell and rock pipe's found and Older points that Shelter would have hardly even been touched by diggers.....................a vast amount of artifacts-more then shown in this website was found................
It must have been nice to see the White River flowing 1000 years ago,,,,,,,,
Shelter's all up and down the White River went under water when the Dam was complete.........
