Can I ask a naive question, have you run into the same problems with excavation permits that I have in the Bahamas?

No problem last excavation was for our septic tank and foundation footings

Seriously haven't applied....planned on 1715 this year and a sweat to fund that. Shore bound now as standing by as Mom recovers from 10 day hospital stay. Up one morning to go diving and changed course to ER. Pacemaker and lots of new meds leaving her weak. Those of you who know us, know she is my number one on the boat and an integral part of The work. she rode with me to check boat today but be awhile before she can handle aboard.

Have u thought of USA coastline? Tons of wrecks

Doc,

Permits are a nightmare here at the moment, the government has their hands very much full with a lot of other issues....
