Right forum for a chromite chat?

[Chromite?]

Hi

I'm not sure if this is right place to ask this, but I ask anyways. I have started to look for different minerals in Finland, and I believe that I have found something which could be chromite. I have found a rock which is dark green from the surface and inside there is a circle of blue metal shine and a core with cleaner shade of dark green. I have found similar green stones without metal shine before from areas nearby. I could take a picture and upload it a bit later. If you think you have seen similar rocks before and believe to know what it might be, I'd appreciate to hear.

Here is pictures of another rock that I have found earlier. I think they have something in common. Pictures have beent taken with a mobile phone camera, so they have poor image quality.
