well 925 means sterling silver of course -- the "hall mark" is a bit tough for me to id /see

Silver, but not a British hallmark (narrows it down by 1)lol

I think what you have is a "Maker's" mark. This is the mark that indicates "who" made the item. It may be a person or a company. If it is a company it is registered and you can find it but there have been so many companies making silver items for so long that they come and go. Probably too many to find it easily. it's going to be more luck that anything else.

I believe your right, I went through so many marks and makers so far almost 3 hours searching, thanks for your time.
