Ring #2 and Some Clad

Tried out a local freshwater beach this morning but only found some clad. After about an hour and a half I decided to go back to a place I went to last weekend. I found my second ring for the year in between the sidewalk and the street. I think its pretty old and is made out of copper. Any info on it would be wonderful!!!!
