Found on pre civil war farm land along with other relics. Still trying to figure out where the ring is from. Not your average symbols on the face and still cant figure out what the image on the side is, beautiful patina, heavy in weight. Any suggestions would be awesome!!!

I don't know for sure so this is a guess. I bet that if you spin that wheel on top the little gun would spark from a flint inside it? - Only thing I could think of why that would be there. Interesting.
