Wondering about this, is it a makers mark and does it say whether it is gold or not?20190419_171155.webp

Looks like 10 k could be plated do you see any rotting in the metal or peeling What does it read on your at pro if its high 60s 70s probobly not gold 10k I would say low 40s would be inline with 10k gold just my opinion or you could do the toilet porcelin test I cant read the inscription someone else might be able to cool find

A cleaned up pic of your ring would be a big help.

As Tommy already mentioned, it's likely 10K gold plated on brass.
The solder marks/corrosion are pretty clear indications this piece isn't 10K gold.

Cleaned up. Must be plated. Could the stone be real? I may take it to a jeweler and see what they say. This was an awesome find for me.

Thanks very much for the cleaned up pic of your ring.
It's not likely the stone is real if it's set in a gold-plated brass setting.
To know for sure you would want to take it to a jeweler who will have a hand-held diamond tester, they will let you know for sure, usually at little or no charge as well.
