Ok the first is a ring with a red stone and a place for two others on either side. It says what looks like to me on the inside 1/20 12K GF with a P in a diamond.

The second is a Mizpah Charm. I know what they are but I cannot find one like this one to help figure out how old it is and what it is made of. The Explorer and the XLT put it in the silver range.

The last is a fork. I cannot make out the inscription on it but maybe somebody who knows about spoons can help?

Thanks

Fork Made at Round Oak Iron Works, South Staffordshire, England, owned by the Earl of Dudley
WRO ....meaning Lord Ward, Round Oak

Your ring marks describe its plating. It is 1/20th by weight 12K gold. GF is gold filled, a heavier layer than electroplating.
