Here are some of my recent finds. A Tungsten ring found in freshwater, a Ladies ring that has some mark inside but I can't even read it with a magnifying glass and it is really light so I'm assuming junque' found at the beach, and the chain is marked .925 and is a whopper at over 2 oz. It came up draped over the end of my scoop like a big silver snake!! Hope to be finding and posting alot more, just getting cranked up on hunting for the season. Thanks for looking.

Looks good, hope the ladies ring is the real thing!

Excellent finds! Check that ring, 6.6 can easily be gold.

Holy cow Batman...those are some awesome finds!
Big congrats to you. Gold Nuggets :hello:

I would not discount the Ladies Ring as being junk. I think you need a better magnifying glass or a jeweler's loop. Lots of stones besides diamonds are set in gold rings and junk is not often marked inside the ring, so I think you need to do some more research and report back on your SUPPER finds. HH, Ralph

Thanks everybody for the nice replies. As for the ladies ring, I have used a jewelers loupe but still can't make out the marking, it just kinda "washes out" with the reflectivity of the ring when trying to look at it. I will take it to a jewelry store clerk that I frequent and get her opinion, but it seems to be an Avon type ring, although that is not the mark inside for sure. In hand it just does not look or feel as good at the picture makes it look, but it is still a rather attractive ring. I am quite sure it is not gold but I will get it checked out and report back soon. Thanks again and HH.
