And now for something completely different. Mother nature owns a road in Oregon. She decided to close the road with a 40x40 boulder that will take about $50K to remove.

lol ...love the concrete barriers ...'that are supposed to stop rocks' over here we use fencing ..ceaper to replace ehen mother nature changes the rules...

for samples. Bigassed ancient boulder like that gets moved, there's
got to be some gold under it!
 

There was also a road closed in Colorado by a rock slide yesterday . Maybe you all are getting ready to fall in the ocean . LOL

What Grizzly , what plant for that matter . It would take a couple days atleast to crush that baby . LOL Maybe a week by the time they got it there . I just hope there is'nt anyone under that thing .

They should dump some gravel on both sides to make a ramp up and over. Road open and instant tourist attraction.

That's exactly my first thought when seeing that picture.
Virgin dirt to sample that has not seen light for ?? years.
