lol 2 different spots about 2 mile from each other.
but Schuylkill County is the Pothole Capitol of PA.

normally I let them Lay. Last time I stopped for one It was Broken.

Those are road treasures. I pick those up for my wife, and she will paint each one with 5 or 6 colors of bright paint, made to look like flowers. They look pretty nice, and we put them on posts in our back flower garden.
 

Well, if you haven't a green thumb, that may be the next best way.
