Road trip & Dime bag 3/17/09
Went on a road trip today hitting several banks. At one of the banks I was able to snag a bag of $240.00 in loose dimes. Never had that before and was anxious to get home to see what the bag contained.
When I got home I checked the bag out and found two 1946 Roosevelts. Not much but it sure was fun checking it out. The telller at this bank told me that she will save the dime bags every week and call me when she gets halves. (She had just shipped out a thousand dollar bag).
I ended up getting the following halves
2x 1964 Kennedy
1x 1965
1x 1966
3x 1967
2x 1968
Going out on another road trip tomorrow
