road trip update 11 aug

no matter what they think, if the motor home goes, they are gonna be evicted and the nest destroyed. i have been watching them for couple months now, should have keept running record of their progress building, but sorry as i am i just didnt do it, these are those little black ones, nasty critters they are. i will let it stay a little longer, need to see how big they make it before i light it up---lol

4-this one may be hard to save, it is stuck to the side if the m/home
bravo-so far they havent bothered anyone near them,. we back the car in beside and can walk under the nest, no aggression yet

wow! Did you know, that people actualy pay money for those?? seriously......cool pic. Thebigger they get the more their worth. A buddy of mine recently sold one for 150.00! Somehow they extact the bees and the varnish the hive. They look very cool in a mountain home

Ive seen old timers grab several sheets of newspaper, go after dark and wrap paper around the nest and then toss into a hot fire.
