Rock question

Since I've found some good points here lately Ive been trying not to post any questionable finds. But I screwed up and started looking in my cull pile. So here we go, seen the waller knife on here the other day and got me to wondering if these might be one... I know there's not a lot of Flint knapping evidence so I'm not sure.... And saying rock won't hurt my feelings
