Some kind of chalcedony, chert, flint maybe even bordering on agate due to the banding. Just thinking out loud. :)

After looking all those up I saw many pretty rocks. As much as I would love to have some of that chalcedony or agate I'm thinking they are mine probably isn't that, the circles don't have the look of depth to them as the agate does. I found images of both chert and flint that are similar to what I have and they are common the area.

Looks like some type of agate or banded quartz? Cool find! :thumbsup:

I'm no expert by any means but banded slate or banded quartz seems most likely. I can't really tell from the pix, has it been worked?

Appears to have just been busted open from tumbling in the river, the exposed face is flat but not flat enough to have been cut. I will take a couple more pictures in better light.

I wish I could help on the ID but i bet that would be beautiful polished.
