I found a couple of the bronze "Nipple" thingys on a metal working site too. Together with other blobs is a good sign. Congrats on some nice looking coins!
It is an Hadrian and a rarer one – Value in Sears is F $400, VF $1,000 and EF $1,800

I soak them in soapy water for a while and use a toothbrush. Rarely do more to bronzes because the fertilizer here has soften the patina and it often goes away just under water. After removing the dirt i dry them and use antique wax as a last step. On such a valuable coin i'd be very careful and probably skip the part with the wax....
Killer Sestertius! Can you provide diameter measurements? Possibly a weight in grams? I'ts clear that under the crust is a high-grade coin, if you decide to clean it I'm sure we'd all love to take a look. Those big fat ancients are awesome coins. Congrats on the find, and thanks to Cru for the ID.
