Detector(s) used
XP Deus II v0.6 with 11" Coil
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
(Previously named the Bath House Site)
Once again we returned to this site before what's left of the badly sprayed Wheat begins to grow. (They decided not to re-drill Spring crops)
It was very windy but no rain, so we got a good 5 hours + detecting time in.
We really couldn't believe how well we done, hitting this site again from the opposite angle;

28 Roman Bronze Coins - Our best 1 day total from this field:goldtrophy:
2 Broken Roman Brooches
Roman Hob Nail
Roman Military Fitting
3 Roman silvers! (All fell to the XP, recent rain may have helped a bit)8-)
Celtic Bronze Unit (Coin) of Cunobelin Circa AD20, Butting Bull right, Head Right.:icon_thumright: (Dads find) - Our 3rd this year, which meets our years target already!
At the end of the last run of the day & last dig Cru'Dad dug a near complete, only missing a tiny piece of the loop, Roman Bracelet!!!:headbang:

Lastly we finished March with 98 Roman Bronze Coins, which is our best March total ever, & it takes us to 385 so far this year.

You have found more Roman coins than I've found clad this year. How many do you average per year, individually and combined?

1000 Roman Bronze
20 Roman Silver (but we are already on 13!!!)

Amazing as always Cru  Glad the Deus nabbed those Roman silvers. I've had great results in saturated soil with it and the Deus always seems to squeak out a keeper or two. Cru Dad's bracelet is incredible too.

Yeap, had loads of bits but never thought we would get a whole one in ploughed soil!

Wow! That bracelet is killer! Big congrats to Crudad :notworthy: Very nice Siliqua too! You had a great day for sure. :occasion14:

Gorgeous! The roman silvers are great but that bracelet really adds the human feel to the site. Nice work!

wonderful finds! that one silver has amazing detail. 1000 roman bronzes a year? that's just insane.

That bracelet is an incredible find! Love the silvers as well. Shaping up to be quite a year for you guys. Hope it continues buddy

You guys are really killing it on coins this year. Keep 'em coming ....

Congrats Cru, love the silvers and especially the bracelet. That would certainly get the heart pumping. You guys amaze me

SHOULD THINK A VISIT TO THE LOCAL TAVERN WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD IDEA AFTER SUCH A GREAT DAY! :occasion14:

If I find the right jeweler, I will get it back into shape.
