a friend of mine found this while detecting in England. its bronze with a stone, or glass bead. how old do you think it is? should it be cleaned? thanks! IMG_1793.JPG

Strange patina? Looks like it was a water find?

Doesn't look bronze in the photo, more brass looking.

It's not any form of Roman ring that I've seen, looks more late 19th C to me.
