The practice of countermarking coins was particularly common in the provinces of the Roman Empire. Countermarks were applied to coins for many reasons, including revalidation, revaluation, devaluation, and propaganda. Exactly when and why any individual countermark was applied is often uncertain.
Researching in any of the 12+ reference sources here, will get you closer to ID-ing your coins:

Hello..

I know this is rome old coin.. but i don't know the value of coins and i don't know what's the metal of coins..

Anyone can tell me about them?
Are they valuable?
Bottom left is Vespasian. Around 70AD.
He's quite easy to spot with that punch face

To make an estimate of value, the coin should at least be ID-ed as to the emperor.
Do you have that information for any of the coins?
