I kinda know what these are to a point so I am not posting them in the What is It forum. Just looking for comments and info.

I'm still new to Civil War relics so what do you think. I dug these at 8" deep. I cant tell if they are War bullets but they were found in the same area where Tent Grommets and Uniform Buttons were found. This area is a known Union Camp Area although the pickings are slim. The larger ball is fired and slightly smaller than a penny. The other smaller one was said to be .36 - .45 cal. But I think it is closer to the .36 cal. I was told on a FB Page it may be Buck & Ball. I will try to get some sized tomorrow at work with a Caliper. Please chime in with your thoughts on these. Thanks in advance.

Nice finds! The smaller ball looks to big for " Bucky ball " I'd say it's a pistol ball. From what you described, I'd say they are CW period. Once you post measurements, I'm sure someone can I'd your caliber.
Thanks for posting.

Yea, I agree. I don't see how 3 of the smaller one I found would fit in that formation. I originally thought it might be a pistol round but I really have no Idea. I am a newbie to this type of relic/artifacts. Thanks for the post.

Thanks Professor of Engineering!
