I need help identifying what these pieces of lead was used for. There’s a letter G on them. What do y’all think? Thank you

Oh really! Interesting. I found them in the Mississippi Delta. Thank you

They are Lead Seals, although if you can answer the G logo(company), it would pin down the function because I'm not sure it went on a bag/bale. 20th C. Maybe an electrical box for example...
