Route 66 Tag...Have you seen one like this?

Found this one today and can't find it on the net. Any help would be appreciated.

Serial # RT56-48084

Sorry still a rook...

It is 2" long x 1 1/8" wide. The metal is very corroded similar to zinc pennies. It the picture you can barely make out a small hole on the right side of tag, this appears to be the only method of attchment. The rear is totally blank also.
