Yes sir, as the officer said, he pulled over & said a little prayer of thanks.
For that tire to catch that seam in the holster & pop that rivet out seems
too much for even lady luck. Plus the guy who balanced that tire had to
have that one dead on the bubble.

Not only was the officer standing in the path a second before but the other guy's tire was leaning on the side also in the path and would have been impacted with possibly bad results. Wow!
