Did you metal detect around the old church? Does the Russian law allow for metal detecting around ruins like that?
Beautiful picture. Seen some buildings like that in Oregon.....not churches, but farm buildings.....long ago abandoned by
the pioneers who built them.

So sad. Looks like a church I pass on some of my daytrips that DID fall down just within the past few weeks. :(

the church is not very old, about the 19th century. Unfortunately, their fate is sad.Metalsearch near the law does not prohibit.
