Primary Interest:
Beach & Shallow Water Hunting
My wife and I recently visited San Diego with my Excalibur II in tow. I'm a previous owner of whites beachhunter, surfmaster, excal I 800, and excal I 1000. It was the first time using my excal II 1000. The excal II performed outstanding. I detected beaches from Coronado Island to Pacific Beach to La Jolla to Oceanside Beach to Huntington Beach to Venice Beach. I consistently found coins at a 9" depth in wet sand just shy of the water. I found one ring, it looked like a gold wedding band as I saw it in the sand but turned out to be a worthless mood ring. Lots coins found, no gold, nothing precious, just alot of fun being on the beach detectin
