I've hunted the location where I found that ring at least 50 times before. I'm not on a roll. At one time that same place used to drive me crazy, because I was swinging too fast and just meandering around on it.ModernMiner said:Ridley,

Ever since I slowed down my swing and detect in a straight line all the way across from two fixed points, ten times the stuff comes out. (including trash).
It's worked for me in 5 or 6 different locations!
If you've never used that technique, you should definitely try it. I figured it out by hanging around here by the way.
