Saturday's (12-31-11) dime boxes & 2011 totals summary
I got skunked with my 2 halves boxes earlier this week but I managed to finish the year with a few silver Rosie's from today's (Saturday) 2 dime boxes. I also found a '75S which is the 2nd S dime I've found this year (I found a '68S dime in a cwr a month or two ago).
Dime box 1: '47D
Dime box 2: '61D, '63D, '75S (obv. ender - otherwise I probably wouldn't have found it)
As for my yearly totals, I've only been keeping track of my finds since Sept. so I don't have a complete detailed list of my finds for the whole year but one nice score that I sure remember that's not shown in my signature was back in April of 2011 when I scored 4 Morgan dollars from a teller: 1878, 1878S, 1901O & an 1899 (mintage 330,846).
I also had a nice score of 3 solid cwr's of Ben's & Walker's in early Sept. and I found a beautiful VF+/XF '50D nickel in a Brink's box in Oct. which was sure a nice surprise. I also found my 100th 90% silver half (since 9-1-11) the Fri. before Xmas and my 2nd "50D nickel just after midnight on Xmas eve so overall it's been a pretty good year. But with a larger CRHing budget I hope to do even better next year.
