Another beautiful day in the fields… and proper warm sun shine 😎
We spent a couple of hours in the field on the other side of the hedge in the Stater Zone, but alas no more to be found.
We then went to the 3rd field lots of iron signals and lead, but we didn’t find any hot spots.. but the field is massive so will try again tomoz!
Another lovely Fibula saved, a tiny buckle, no bigger than my little finger nail, a tiny heart, bit of a crotal bell, huge lead weight, slightly smaller lead weight, a solitary musket, a decorative bit, a sliver of silver, buttons, and a big Jetton.
Last day tomoz in these fields, the corn is starting to sprout and if the sun keeps shining this week I don’t think we will get another day in but what amazing fields they have been for us this year! xx
