Was at the river early for a walk looking at everything along the way,the shore was pretty sandy other than logs and stumps,as I got to this one I looked down to step over it and FROZE,I had
to look at it for several seconds to see a tongue flick,I even poked it with a stick.Some jokester musta put it there.I took it home with me.
Looking down in the river from the canal dam were a
mess of BIG River Carp,they have to weigh at least 20+...the Chinese like them.
Next I went to the canal,finally a snapper,not one but 2,one stayed,the other swam away.
A couple Swifts preening themselves in the morning sun and a Black Bird looking for breakfast.
Another Carp in the canal.
When I got home I heard the unmistakable sound of radial piston power,dang...never see that before.
My terminal tackle acquisitions.
