School hunt today

Brother and I went up to a local school today. Didn't find anything super interesting, just a bunch of clad.
Sadly I also found out the coil of my f2 broke..

Sorry to hear about the coil. I'd get a DD coil to replace it. Did you get the 4 inch coil with your's?

Clad is always good , I pile it up and when enough I separate out the nickels and cents from the clad and do the vibratory tumble job , then cash in.

Ditto on the DD coil option advice

I have the 4" coil too. Glad I do because I'm going out to a scout camp built in the 20's this weekend to hunt.
I'm definitely going to have to slow my pace down with the tiny coil.

The 4" is awesome as a coin shooter, great separation in the trash.
Ended up ordering the DD coil today, I'll let you know how it works after this weekend.

fistfulladirt - Yeah, I took it out to a old camp and dug a ton of clad and even pulled my first silver! It's gonna take a little to get used to, but the depth and separation is great!
