Scrap or Sell

I bought 3 of these coasters at a garage sale for a buck fifty. They are marked sterling STC. They look to be selling for around 20 dollars on the internet. I was wondering if I should scrap them or try to sell them as a coaster........I have no idea the silver weight without breaking one down.

No real weight to speak of.
20 x 3 = $60...
No way you would even come close to that in scrap...
Maybe 6 -8 bucks for ALL 3... at best IMO.

Thanks. I was thinking they probably had maybe a ounce of silver between the three......

Each one has somewhere between .5 & 1.5 dwt. With 20 dwt to a troy ounce you aren't looking at much in the way of silver.
