I just scuba dived down to the hold of the SS City of Cairo at 17,050 ft and here is one of the Silver Rupees to prove it!!
Long deep project but worth diving down all that way to have this coin as a momento
Add to this my scuba dive all the way down to the Titanic last October, great result to raise funds for PTSD Scuba Diving. View attachment 1914744 View attachment 1914745

SADS 669,

Could you explain how you were able to scuba dive down to 17,050 feet. I understand the current world record is 1,090 feet and it was set in 2014 by Ahmed Gabr. I believe the dive down took 12 minutes and then it took him 15 hours on the ascent due to decompression. Good luck with your hunts. Walt Edit : Thanks GoDeep, just saw your post and see it’s 1 April.
