Second day in a row of Coinstar Silver

Yesterday I found 2 silver rosies, today....a 1963d quarter. This makes 4 days in a row of finding silver! I also bought a box of nickels today, which was by far the worst box of nickels I have ever seen. 10 pre 1960 nickels, no war, no buffalo. Oh well that quarter made up for it! Hope everyone else found some stuff!

Must be something about today. I got a 1951 D Quarter in my change at McDonalds. That was one happy meal! Would it have been wrong to buy up all the drive thru tellers quarters? I didn't but I thought about it. Great score! Your streak seems like some sort of record. HH

I would have at least asked if they could give me a dollar or two in change, I do that sometimes when I'm jonesing for something to look through and I dont have time to go to a bank. I still haven't had a silver coin come in through change (I asked a gas station a few weeks ago for any halves and they had one 40% and one clad but I had to ask for it). I don't think 4 days of finding silver is a record, I don't do huge quantities of coins, there has to be someone around on this forum who has had a longer streak. 4 days is my personal best though...today the streak was broken...no silver, unless my friend has some in his spare change that I'm going to look through for my whitman books, but I'd give him more than just face value for silver. Anyway, congrats on that drive thru silver! Hope you get something good next time too.
