I know it's not an original idea to suggest that more of the " unknowing and uncaring" , might be
dumping coins of all kinds during the holidays- to offset travel and gift expenses . I certainly
experienced an uptick in the silver take during that stretch -and I noticed a bunch of you who
did very well also . Things seem to have cooled off a bit since . Argentium.

I pointed this out as well a while back. Makes sense. I think most if not all (probably all) the silver halves in boxes are CWR that made it to the processing plant.

My december was terrible. I just started getting new codes on my half boxes and they are actually producing. Just my 2 Cu.

I've been hunting for over 30 years. Over the past 5 years, I've noticed a trend beginning mid-October and ending mid-January, my finds have dramatically increased. Like clockwork, the finds slow to a trickle throughout Feb. and Mar.

Let me say, Halves... I have had minimal silver in the last 25 boxes over 6 month span, I stopped counting my skunk streak, it must be up to 20-22 boxes already.

I did however get a STRAY 1964 about a month ago, but that really does not count-- surrounded by so many stinky boxes.
